Meet the Board
Every year, the Owners meet and elect members to the Board of Directors. The Board consists of five owners serving staggered two-year terms of office. Board members are not compensated.
Board members meet:
Monthly at 6:00 PM on the third Thursday of each month

All owners are encouraged to attend. Any owner may discuss any topic of concern in an opening Owners' Forum. The general Board meeting is open to all owners. The meeting ends with a closed executive session to deal with legal or disciplinary matters.
What does the Board do?
Conducts and oversees the affairs of the Association, and makes/enforces such rules as are necessary to govern the development.
Selects and supervises a management company to administer the Association and manage the property.
Monitors the property condition, including participation in regular walk-through's with management company staff, and participate in committee meetings.
